I would like to visit your chapter. When and where are the meetings?

Chapter meetings are held on the 4th Saturday of each month at 10 am excluding the months of June and July. The address is Atlanta Technical College – 1560 Metropolitan Parkway SW. Meeting dates may also change due to holidays (May, November, December). First time visitors are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes early to verify credentials prior to being admitted into the meeting. Business attire is required.

What are the requirements to attend a chapter meeting?

In accordance with National Standard Operating Guidelines and/or Chapter Protocol, visiting members are asked to provide two forms of identification (one Primary and one Secondary) for meeting entry. Primary Identifications may include any government issued ID. Secondary Identifications may include, but are not limited to:

  • A current or past financial card (in most cases, the name listed should match the Primary ID; exceptions: maiden name, married name)
  • A copy of your original membership certificate signed by our Corporate Office
  • A receipt from a Cluster, Regional Conference or Boule that contains your name
  • Old Ivy Leaf Magazine that contains your name
  • Business attire is required
What are membership dues for Pi Alpha Omega Chapter?

Please contact our Membership Chairman for more information.

What do I need to do to transfer my membership?

The Transfer Verification Form is an official Sorority form which documents that an inactive member has met all financial obligations to her former chapter and the Boule. If you are currently active with a chapter or were last year, you need to request a signed Transfer Verification Form from your chapter. Download a Transfer Verification Form by clicking here.

If you were inactive since before last year and do not owe a debt to a former Chapter, we have implemented an Online Transfer Verification Process (OTVP) that chapters are now using. If the chapter reported that there is not a debt or discrepancy with your record via OTVP, you will be able to reactivate your membership without a physical transfer form. Please use one of the reactivation forms above.

Where do I find the Graduate Reactivation and Transfer Verification Forms?

Please visit www.aka1908.com for more information on transferring or reactivating.

Who do I contact for more information about meetings, etc.?

Please contact our Membership Chairman for more information.
